Late fee: $1 per minute after 1:45 PM.

For the safety of our children and teachers, church doors remain locked during program hours.

Weather & Calendar

Our schedule mirrors the Wilson County School District calendar (holidays, breaks, and weather cancellations).

Delayed opening

2-hour delay: MDO will be closed
1-hour delay: MDO will be open regular hours

Fees and Tuition

Tuition

$20/day (Cash or Check) Due the first Tuesday or Thursday of the month

Late tuition fee

$5 per day (for each ministry day after the initial due dates)

Sibling discount

25% discount for additional children

Annual fees (due at enrollment)

Registration (non-refundable) — per child $35
Family registration (2+ children) $50
Supply fee — per child (1 year & older) $45

What to Bring

Lunch: A healthy lunch your child can eat with minimal assistance. No warming/reheating. Cut choking foods (grapes, hotdogs, etc.).
Drinks: Sippy cups for children 2 and under. A cold pack is recommended.
Bag + change of clothes: Backpack/diaper bag with a seasonal change of clothes (including socks/underwear). For ages 2 and under not fully potty trained: bring diapers/pull-ups and wipes.
Shoes: Closed-toed shoes recommended. No flip flops.
Rest time: Rest mat (kinder mat) + blanket. A crib sheet is needed to cover the mat.
Label everything: All items must be labeled with your child’s name (coats, lunch boxes, cups, backpacks, etc.).

Health, Safety & Requirements

Health policy

Your child must be free of symptoms for 24 hours before attending.
Please keep your child home for symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting, excessive coughing, colored runny nose, contagious eye infection, or lice.
If symptoms are discovered after drop-off, we will call you to pick up your child.

Medications

No medications will be administered by staff. If your child needs medication during the day, you are welcome to come administer it.

Requirements

Children ages 2+ should be able to speak and understand English.
Children entering 3–4 year old classes must be completely potty trained.

Behavior

If a child poses a consistent danger to themselves or others by their behavior, they may be asked to leave the program.
